MERGING TPM AND RCM FOR MAXIMUM PERFORMANCE
DESKRIPSI
Two complementary philosophies form a powerful combination to change the organizational culture and establish a process for continuous improvement. The Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) approach, based on people and process, transforms culture and the way we view our assets. The Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) approach can be daunting, although it establishes a strong foundation for a maintenance strategy. Individually, both have been monumental approaches to maintenance excellence, but when combined have been proven to reduce downtime and increase productivity.
TUJUAN
- Peserta memahami kegiatan bisnis pelabuhan secara umum guna memperlancar arus perpindahan orang dan/atau barang secara massal melalui perairan dengan selamat, aman, cepat, lancar, tertib dan teratur, nyaman, dan berdaya guna, dengan biaya yang terjangkau oleh daya beli masyarakat;
- Peserta mampu meningkatkan penyelenggaraan kegiatan angkutan di perairan, kepelabuhanan, keselamatan dan keamanan, serta perlindungan lingkungan maritim sebagai bagian dari keseluruhan modal transportasi secara terpadu dengan memanfaatkan perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi;
- Peserta memahami cara-cara untuk mewujudkan sumber daya manusia yang berjiwa bahari, profesional, dan mampu mengikuti perkembangan dan kebutuhan penyelenggaraan pelayaran
