Essentials of Finance and Operation Risk Management
DESKRIPSI
Bagaimanapun unsur risiko selalu melekat pada setiap jalannya usaha dan pengambilan keputusan. Risiko tersebut dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor eksternal atau internal perusahaan seperti faktor ekonomi yang kian tidak menentu, ketidakstabilan politik, persaingan bebas, dan lain sebagainya. Pengelolaan risiko dengan demikian harus dipahami oleh semua pihak dan menjadi tanggung-jawab seluruh entitas bisnis mulai dari CEO, CFO, Controller, Finance Manager dan Operation Managers lainnya bahkan oleh Professional Staff. Dalam Pelatihan ini diharapkan akan meningkatkan kemampuan peserta dalam mengevaluasi tingkat resiko yang dihadapi serta tindakan pencegahan.
TUJUAN
- Memahami bagaimana munculnya resiko financial dan operasional.
